Founded in July 2016, Xiamen Weidikang Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Xiamen, China — a beautiful international coastal city. Covering a land area of 27,000 square meters and a factory building area of 40,000 square meters, we are one of the few professional manufacturers specializing in the design, R&D and production of home and commercial elliptical cross trainers and exercise bikes, committed to providing customers with high-value products.

Our core team is among the earliest professional teams engaged in sports equipment manufacturing in China, with more than 30 years of experience in the design, R&D and manufacturing of health and fitness equipment. Endowed with advanced craftsmanship, reliable and stable quality, Weidikang relies on solid technical strength and rich management experience to forge ahead. Taking developing the national health industry as our mission, we have established our own independent brand and embarked on a new journey.

Development Strategy

Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the strategy of "Intelligent Manufacturing Leads Quality Upgrade". We put product R&D ahead of production, take user experience as the driving force, and develop products that meet the diverse needs of the market. In particular, we provide more comprehensive solutions for the craftsmanship and technology of large-scale high-quality treadmills and elliptical trainers. We actively promote the transformation from traditional manufacturing to internet-thought-driven smart hardware manufacturing, and build automation and intelligence in the production process.

Production & Certification

At present, the company is equipped with a full set of imported automatic production lines, advanced imported welding manipulators, as well as internationally advanced inspection and testing equipment. We have cultivated a team of high-quality and skilled production technicians, established standardized R&D, production, testing and sales systems, and completed the construction of the VI system.

Up to now, the company has obtained numerous patents. Our products have passed national quality inspection and certification, TUV and SGS certifications. The company has also obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 management system certifications, and 100% of product materials comply with the RoHS standard.

Production Process

From cutting, punching, bending and welding to final assembly, we focus on precision in every procedure to ensure stable performance of finished products.

Equipped with two automated assembly lines, our monthly production capacity reaches 8,000 units. Driven by the intelligent manufacturing strategy, we have invested in a new factory and will further expand the proportion of intelligent workshops.

Driven by the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, we are committed to the automation and intellectualization of the entire production process.

Our factory is fully equipped with automatic assembly lines, Japan imported welding robots, as well as world-leading inspection and testing instruments and equipment.

All new models must undergo strict internal and third-party testing before being launched to the market.
